Butterfly Valves - Size Range: 50 - 300mm  (for sizes >300mm please contact us)

Challenger Butterfly Valves come in either Wafer or Lugged Style body designs with standard flange compatability to AS2129 table 'E'.
Body: Cast Iron material conforms to ASTM A126 Class B.
Stem: 316ss conforms to ASTM A276 Types 316.  ISO Mount 5211.
Discs: Either
     Ductile Iron epoxy coated - ASTM A536
     316ss - ASTM A351 CF8M
Seats: Either
     EPDM:
          Max Temp: 121 Deg C. Min Temp: -40 Deg C.
     Nitrile:
          Max Temp: 100 Deg C. Min Temp: -18 Deg C.
Pressure Ratings:
      1600 kPa or Undercut Disc (300 kPa).
Operation:
     Manual - Lever.
