Singer Level Control Valves.

Level control valves are used to prevent overflow in tanks, towers, and reservoirs.  Float valves use direct-acting, lever-operated pilots to directly control the maximum water level.  Altitude valves control the level from ground level using the hydrostatic head. These valves are available with fixed or adjustable drawdowns and as one-way or two-way flow control.

Float Valves:
Model 106 F Type 4 Modulating Float Control Valve:
The valve controls the water level in elevated tanks, standpipes or storage reservoirs and modulates the reservoir flow to maintain a constant level. The valve closes drip tight at the maximum level and the proportional closing speed control prevents surging.

Model 106 F Type 5 Non-Modulating Float Control Valve:
The valve controls the water level in elevated tanks, standpipes or storage reservoirs. The valve action is “ON-OFF” with no intermediate throttling positions and it opens to admit flow into the reservoir at a pre-determined low level and closes drip tight at a pre-determined maximum reservoir level.

Altitude Valves:
Model 106 A Type 1 Two-Way Flow, Altitude Valve:
The valve controls the water level in elevated tanks, standpipes or storage reservoirs and closes drip tight on high reservoir level. It shall open to permit return flow or filling when the supply pressure falls below the reservoir head or the level falls a predetermined, non-adjustable amount.

Model 106 A Type 2 One-Way Flow, Altitude Valve:
The valve controls the water level in elevated tanks, stand pipes and reservoirs and flows in one direction only, to fill the reservoir. The valve senses the hydrostatic head of the reservoir to close on high water level. When the water level drops a fixed (non-adjustable) amount below the pilot setpoint, the valve opens to fill the reservoir.

Model 106 A Type 3 Two-Way flow with Adjustable Drawdown:
The valve controls the water level in elevated tanks, standpipes or storage reservoirs and closes drip tight on high reservoir level. It opens to permit return flow or filling when the supply pressure falls below the reservoir head or the level drops a predetermined, adjustable amount.

Model 106 A Type 4 One-Way flow with Adjustable Drawdown:
The valve controls the water level in elevated tanks, standpipes or storage reservoirs and closes drip tight on high reservoir level. It opens to permit filling when the reservoir level drops a predetermined, adjustable amount.
