Model 106 () AC Anti-Cavitation (AC) Control Valve:
Singer Valve's Anti-Cavitation (AC) trim can be used where large pressure differentials (as great as 300 PSID) preclude the use of standard control valves and varying flows makes orifice plates ineffective. Double sliding cages of heavy stainless steel construction direct and contain cavitation recovery, allowing it to dissipate harmlessly, protecting the valve and downstream piping. Valves using AC trim are self-contained, control variable flows and significantly reduce noise.

Model 106 & 206 PR-SM Pressure Reducing Control with Integral Back-Up:
The valve is a Performance Protected® model PGM main valve with integral back-up system. The valve maintains a constant downstream pressure with extreme accuracy, regardless of fluctuations in the upstream pressure or flow. In the event of a diaphragm or pilot failure, the integral secondary system automatically assumes control to maintain a constant downstream pressure at 5 psi (adjustable) above the primary setting.

Model 106 & 206 2SC-MV Electronic Flow Control and Metering System:
The pressure in the upper operating chamber is controlled by operating the pilot solenoids. The PLC within the MV-1 control panel determines whether the opening solenoid or the closing solenoid is operated. The change in valve position is dependent upon which solenoid is operated and the duration of the energized period. The Singer MV-1 control panel computes the flowrate based on valve differential pressure and position and operates the pilot solenoids to match the flow rate to the customer’s pre-determined (adjustable) setpoint. Flow is totalized and displayed via panel readout.

Model 106 & 206 PFC Pressure Flow Control Valve:
The valve varies the downstream pressure according to flow demand. During periods of low demand (nighttime) the valve maintains the base minimum pressure setting. The downstream pressure setting increases to maximum pressure setting at maximum flow demand.
